A customer was having problems setting up his new computer system.

Tech' support replied but the information was way over the customer's head and the customer got even more confused.

The customer politely replied saying, "please explain what I should if it were my five-year-old son".

"Okay", Tech' support replied. "Son, could you please put your Mommy on the phone"?
